Requisitos

Educação

  • Student in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Students should make sure they have more than 6 months left for graduation, so there is enough time to complete a full practice (less than 6 months of practice is not allowed)

Experiência

  • Desired experience in customer service.

Habilidades

  • Behavioral skills.
  • General understanding of technological solutions.

Idiomas

  • Proficiency in English (intermediate-advanced conversational level).
  • Spanish is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

  • Assist in preparing commercial proposals for software licensing.
  • Update and distribute monthly price lists from multiple vendors.
  • Support incentive calculations for manufacturer-specific promotions.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams and the Account Manager.
  • Help coordinate client communications regarding operational activities (e.g., onboarding, true-up, order reconciliation).
  • Research and manage client records, contracts, and document history.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the ERP system.
  • Monitor and support credit analysis and payment condition reviews.
  • Prepare and send sales documentation, such as Sales Orders and Invoices.
  • Provide onboarding and post-sales assistance to customers.
  • Coordinate the completion and delivery of contracts to clients.
  • Ensure service quality through support to the Global Service Delivery Center.
  • Contribute to correction processes, re-billings, and contract renewals.
