The Specialist Engineer plays a key role in the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes across global production sites. The role combines technical leadership, hands‑on process support, and strategic development to ensure production technologies remain robust, cost‑effective, and scalable. This position is instrumental in driving best‑in‑class process standards and supporting knowledge transfer across departments. The ideal candidate will work with cross‑functional teams of engineers and technicians to ensuring the review and execution of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implement Industry 4.0 solutions, such as IoT‑enabled equipment, data, analytics, and automation, that enhance production efficiency and quality.
