We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Customer Retention and Monetisation team at Pleo. In this role, you will continuously maximise customer value to drive retention, expansion, and long‑term growth as we scale our PLG motion. You will lead initiatives, deeply analyse user behaviour, design and execute experiments, collaborate cross‑functionally, own the Retention and Monetisation roadmap, iterate on pricing and packaging, and conduct qualitative user research. The role requires strong business acumen, a growth mindset, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, analytical prowess with SQL, Excel, and product analytics platforms, deep customer empathy, experience with pricing and packaging strategies, and proven product‑management experience in a Product‑Led Growth environment. The team is highly collaborative, dedicated to Product‑Led Customer Growth, and located in our Copenhagen HQ with additional offices worldwide.
