Experiência

Professional experience in strategic litigation (preferred)

Understanding of civil litigation, civil and real estate law, and business law
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Advanced English communication (oral and written)
Spanish as a differential language
Strong analytical skills
Excellent task organization
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous demands

Responsabilidades

Assist in managing judicial, arbitral and administrative processes of the strategic litigation portfolio
Monitor the performance of external law firms contracted for litigation, arbitration and administrative matters involving the bank and other group companies
Analyze proceedings, define strategy and review documents prepared by external law firms
Assist in drafting and analyzing documents for other bank areas
Collaborate with partner areas to create control indicators for litigation matters
Support various operational activities such as filing new actions, analyzing and directing correspondence, reviewing documents for risks linked to litigation, verifying invoices, developing team projects, monitoring process management bases and systems;
Assist in drafting powers of attorney and sub-assignments
