In this role you will join IBM Consulting via our world class Associate Program for university hires. In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities:

During your internship, you can enhance your knowledge and gain professional experience by working on client projects. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to build a compelling portfolio, acquire new skills, gain insights into diverse industries, and embrace novel challenges for your future career.

Work experiences you could be exposed to:

  • Team Collaboration and Innovation: Join cross functional teams to understand requirements and define technical specs for various projects, fostering collaboration innovation.
  • Precision in Documentation: Document technical specifications and design decisions with clarity ensuring effective communication within the team and stakeholders.
  • Code Excellence: develop scalable reusable code and champion code review processes/tools to uphold top notch code quality.
  • Full Stack Versatility: Engage in full stack cloud native development, utilizing design thinking to create products that prioritize user experience, performance, security, quality, and stability.

We prioritize continuous learning, skill development, and personal growth within a culture of coaching and mentorship. As an intern, you'll experience this culture and have the opportunity to advance to our associate program based on results and performance.

Required education: High School Diploma/GED, currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related fields, graduation expected December 2026.

Required technical and professional expertise:

  • Knowledge of front-end, back-end, full stack languages.
  • Availability to intern from Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.

Preferred technical and professional experience:

  • Intermediate level of English.
