Responsabilidades

• Create innovative user interfaces and experiences
• Maximize development time, ensure project quality
• Participate in different types of projects and user testing, conducting workshops or other methodologies
• Perform acceptance testing with the client
• Contribute to design excellence through peer reviews and training
• Support user research, requirements gathering, personas, journey mapping, navigation flow, low/high fidelity prototypes, usability testing
• Develop functional interfaces using client-provided frameworks or market development platforms
• Assist Marketing and Sales in graphic materials, visual identity, multimedia presentations
• Work on critical, complex projects requiring mature front‑end development
• Ensure visual consistency and usability
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (developers, project managers, analysts) to align goals and deliverables
• Apply good UX and UI practices in all projects
• Participate in meetings for requirements understanding and client feedback
