In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. Responsible for processing analytical operations support services for various areas of the client. Aim to achieve the agreed-upon business objectives in all related tasks. Ensure the delivery of high-quality service focused on the quality parameters defined by our client, aiming for end-customer satisfaction. Propose and implement changes to procedures and controls. Implement the requested services with quality and ensure the best delivery within the agreed-upon timeframe regarding the processes associated with their responsibilities and the overall team objectives. Availability to work flexible hours (until 11 PM) and a weekly shift schedule that includes weekends. All our positions are eligible for people with disabilities PwD or rehabilitated.

Requirements

Education

  • Associate's Degree/College Diploma

Experience

  • Analytical skills, paying attention to details and patterns, and demonstrating logical and observant reasoning to identify areas for improvement and development.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills for client interaction.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, striving for a dynamic of cooperation and collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree or in progress in fields such as Business Administration, Accounting, Law, Technology, Engineering, and related fields.
