We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative Engineering Manager to lead our 'Engine' team of 8 Software Engineers in Lisbon. The role involves leading the team scaling our next‑gen DAST solution – Snyk API & Web – built for the future of AI‑powered software development.

Responsibilities

Co-developing the team roadmap and supporting technical direction.
Ensuring new team members are onboarded and effectively contributing to the expected level.
Coaching direct reports through productive feedback, building on strengths and addressing areas of development.
Helping the team learn, adapt and improve upon agile and lean methodologies, balancing delivery speed and product quality.
Managing the team’s on-call process and rota, and serving as a point of escalation for incidents.
Applying Product Led Growth practices to identify, measure and constantly improve the platform through experimentation.
Participating in hands‑on coding as needed, including code reviews.
