Responsabilidades

  • Promote design culture within the organization through training and presentations
  • Develop technical design competencies by training and providing technical feedback to product designers
  • Generate user data and insights through tests, meetings, workshops, validations and research with users and stakeholders
  • Drive decisions based on customer needs using experimentation, industry reports, metrics and historical product data
  • Lead usability improvements by diagnosing and identifying opportunities across digital products
  • Build user‑centric solutions informed by data from design, marketing, and user behavior research
  • Develop high‑, medium‑, and low‑fidelity interfaces and prototypes for desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring visual and usability best practices
  • Assist backlog prioritization using user data and impact analysis of design practices
