Join our Product & Design team to shape how people interact with digital products – from ideation to high-fidelity prototyping and design handoff. Responsibilities include user research, interviews, usability testing, translating insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs, collaborating daily with Product Owners, Developers, Designers, contributing to design systems and visual consistency, iterating quickly, ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, usability best practices, supporting handoff to development with annotated files, and participating in design reviews and continuous improvement. Requirements include 1–3 years of UX/UI design experience with digital products or SaaS, strong portfolio, proficiency in Figma, familiarity with Azure DevOps, Confluence, understanding responsive design and accessibility standards, comfort with wireframes and high-fidelity visuals, curiosity, humility, drive to learn, solid communication skills, proficiency in French and English. Nice to have: HTML/CSS basics, agile team experience, user testing tools experience, motion design interest.
