Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an outreach strategy for targeted real estate brokerage firms.
  • Build and strengthen a network of local office brokers, becoming WeWork’s key point of contact in Brazil.
  • Develop in-depth expertise on WeWork’s assets and strategy in the Brazilian market.
  • Master WeWork’s product offerings and value propositions and actively market them to the brokerage community.
  • Drive top-of-funnel sales opportunities through broker partnerships and accurately track all related activities within our CRM system.
  • Ensure all potential leads are qualified and handed off to the appropriate cross-functional WeWork Sales partner.
  • Organize and conduct regular face-to-face meetings, including educational presentations, broker engagement events, building tours, and other initiatives to promote WeWork’s product offerings and services.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team on transaction management for large broker-led deals, where real estate expertise, negotiation skills, and teamwork are crucial.
  • Support new building launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Assist with sales promotions, events, and marketing initiatives through the brokerage channel.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as needed, including insights on market trends and ongoing or future opportunities.
  • Maintain a high level of broker and partner satisfaction.
