Responsibilities include evaluation and analysis of existing processes to identify improvement opportunities through digital solutions; development and implementation of digital transformation strategies aligned with organizational objectives; research and evaluation of new technologies and digital trends; collaboration with multidisciplinary teams; monitoring and continuous evaluation of digital transformation results; project control and related activities; training staff for new technology adoption. Requirements: Superior Completo education mandatory; optional specialization in Agile Project Management; minimum 6 months experience in area; proven experience in Design Thinking and Design of Product or Content; familiarity with Office 365, Google Forms, Canva, Miro, Monday, Jira, Power BI, Figma.
