They act as the main escalation point for client issues, proactively managing risks and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders. The role includes overseeing operational efficiency (capacity planning, utilization), implementing process improvements to accelerate time-to-value, and reporting key metrics to senior leadership. Additionally, this role supports recruitment and partner management strategies to scale delivery and sustain team growth.
