Product Designer

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Product Designer to join our dynamic team at Nagarro. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape world-class digital products and experiences. If you thrive in a remote, non-hierarchical environment and are driven by innovation and user-centered design, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to design impactful, user-centric products.
  • Participate in ideation sessions, UI/UX workshops, and brainstorming activities.
  • Translate ideas into design concepts using sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Apply UX methodologies to validate ideas through testing and user feedback.
  • Support research efforts through both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Present and communicate design decisions clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to align on design strategies and execution.
  • Contribute to and help implement a scalable design process within the team.
  • Take part in design reviews, offer constructive feedback, and support a growing design culture at Nagarro.

Qualifications: Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience in Product Design, including UI and UX workshops.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and the product development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Ability to independently manage tasks in a remote work environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative mindset.

Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
  • Prior experience working in agile product teams.
  • Exposure to research methodologies and usability testing.
