Senior Manager – Strategy & Operations (Rotation Program) na DiDi

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Manager to join our Mobility business in a rotational, generalist role. This is a unique opportunity for a sharp, execution-oriented leader to gain a 360º view of our operation across core strategic areas including pricing, planning, user acquisition, loyalty, promotions, product experience, and engagement before taking on an operational leadership role with P&L accountability. This is an individual contributor position to start, designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-change environments, enjoys solving complex business problems, and brings a pragmatic balance of strategic depth and rapid execution.

In this role, you'll be… Rotate across key verticals (e.g., pricing, planning, growth, loyalty, experience) to develop a deep understanding of the business and core operational levers. Drive strategic analyses and actionable insights to support high-impact decisions across growth, efficiency, and user experience. Design and execute pilots and initiatives with clear ownership of results and speed of delivery. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and analytics teams to align execution with strategic goals. Transition into a leadership role with full ownership of business KPIs, financial performance, and operational delivery.
