Senior Frontend Developer for CMS/DXP platforms, Brazil na CI&T

In this pivotal and challenging role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing dynamic, high-performing, and accessible user interfaces (UIs) and reusable components. Your primary focus will be on our cutting‑edge Digital Experience Platform (DXP), a critical component in our technological ecosystem. The core challenge and exciting opportunity in this role is to design and implement cutting‑edge user interfaces that will shape the experience of a sophisticated banking platform. You’ll have the opportunity to tackle complex UI challenges, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive, performant, and accessible. Responsibilities: Development of frontend components and templates for the DXP platform, aligned with design systems and UX standards. Implementation of responsive and accessible UI for web and mobile, ensuring performance and SEO compliance. Integration of frontend with APIs (REST/GraphQL) and CMS-driven data. Collaborate with backend developers and designers to deliver end-to-end features. Implement personalization, A/B testing, and analytics tracking in the frontend layer. Optimize loading times, bundle sizes, and client-side performance. Maintain coding standards, reusable UI libraries, and documentation. Requirements: Solid experience with frontend development for CMS/DXP platforms (Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM or similar). Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3. Experience with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, Angular). Proven experience with front-end development standards and best practices, including familiarity with design systems, component-based architecture, and clean code principles. Familiarity with headless CMS and API-driven integrations. Knowledge of frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel). Experience with accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and performance best practices. Familiarity with agile methodologies. Advanced/Fluent English level for interactions with multicultural team and american client everyday. Desirable: Experience with design systems (Storybook, Figma integration). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright). Familiarity with personalization and experimentation tools (Optimizely, Adobe Target).
