We’re looking for a highly analytical Sales Analyst to support sales leadership by turning data into actionable insights. You’ll work cross-functionally to monitor key performance metrics, build dashboards, and contribute to strategic planning through forecasting and performance analysis.

Requirements

Experience

3+ years in a sales analyst, sales operations, or business analyst role

Skills

Advanced Excel skills
Strong data storytelling and business insight skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Comfort working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Experience building dashboards and creating executive reports

Responsibilities

Analyze sales data and performance trends across teams and markets
Build and maintain dashboards using Excel and Power BI (or similar BI tools)
Support sales forecasting and pipeline modeling
Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps
Prepare regular performance reports for executives and stakeholders
Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure data accuracy
Monitor and refine KPIs across sales functions
Assist in sales planning, territory design, and quota setting
