We are looking for a Channel Manager to join our growing Ad Operations team. This role is perfect for someone with hands‑on experience in managing digital performance campaigns across key channels and who thrives in fast‑paced, results‑driven environments. You’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day execution and optimization of campaigns while identifying trends, surfacing insights, and ensuring flawless execution. Responsibilities include: Execute, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google App Campaigns (UAC) and Search (Web), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Apple Ads; Track and manage campaign pacing to ensure delivery within budget and timelines; Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency; Build and maintain weekly reports and dashboards using advanced Excel skills; Implement and refresh ad creatives according to testing plans and content calendars; Identify trends, optimization opportunities, and flag issues early with proposed solutions; Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and product marketing teams; Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, in a multicultural team environment; Bring innovation in our ad operation processes leveraging the most recent AI and MarTech available; Handle media partner relationships to use the most advanced technology and features in our campaigns; Define the testing pipeline for each channel and run A/B or incrementality tests.
