Requisitos

Habilidades

  • Ensino Fundamental Completo.
  • Experience in assembly of reducers and motor reducers.
  • Knowledge of assembly instructions and technical drawings.
  • Ability to perform leak and run tests using compressed air and water tanks.
  • Ability to operate a mechanical lathe.
  • Skill in using jigs/gabaritos and adjusting machinery.
  • Record keeping and data entry skills.
  • Manual material handling.
  • Adherence to quality, safety, and company procedures.

Responsabilidades

  • Perform assembly of reducers and motor reducers under supervision.
  • Conduct leak and run tests, reviewing checklists and recording leaks or performing oil filling.
  • Perform and assist in run tests, checking measurements, gabaritos, and motor coupling.
  • Assist in motor coupling, checking order, reducers, motors, and connection box.
  • Operate a mechanical lathe, making adjustments on parts.
  • Record assembly data including dates, quantities, productivity times, rejected parts, and reasons.
  • Manually move materials.
  • Communicate with supervisor about activity progress, maintenance requests, doubts, and corrective actions.
  • Properly dispose of waste per internal procedures.
  • Follow company, quality, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain clean and organized workplace, machines, and equipment.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned of similar nature and complexity.
