Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and managing calendars for leaders and their organization, supporting tracking and execution of action items
  • Building and maintaining organizational systems for tracking and managing inbound requests
  • Managing the leader's inbox and communications with precise attention to detail, maintaining rapid response times and ensuring all messages are swiftly triaged
  • Providing seamless and welcoming experiences for in-person visitors, ensuring prospective external partners feel valued and appreciated
  • Handling travel logistics and coordinating logistics for conferences and events in partnership with comms, sales, and marketing teams
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and materials for meetings
  • Managing expense claims and reimbursements for leaders, ensuring timely processing and accurate record‑keeping
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects using problem‑solving skills and proactive mindset to drive positive outcomes
