Habilidades
- 4+ years of digital product management experience, preferably in payments (acquirers, subacquirers, gateways, banks)
- Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum) and product rituals
- Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis, spec writing, prioritization, and discovery
- Strong analytical skills, able to read data tables, identify anomalies, and ask relevant questions
- High organization and discipline, capable of owning budgets, goals, and rituals
- Ability to translate data insights into clear backlog priorities
- Objective and concise communication, summarizing information without excessive slides
- Experience with checkout products in acquirers or subacquirers, including API, webhooks, and authorization flows (optional)
- Basic SQL knowledge (optional)
- Experience with high-volume APIs (rate limiting, retry logic, idempotency) (optional)
- Familiarity with payment terminology (authorization, capture, settlement, subacquisition) (optional)
Responsabilidades
- Manage the Checkout PicPay product for the BU PJ across standard checkout, Lightbox, Transparent, and API channels
- Monitor performance metrics (TPV, TPN, P&L) and identify gaps and levers for product improvement
- Continuously track conversion rates, time-to-pay, seller churn, and other key indicators
- Prioritize backlog based on real business impact, balancing feature requests and solution evolution (3DS, tokenization, recurrence, split payments, etc.)
- Conduct discovery to identify friction points in the end-to-end flow from billing request to payment (authorization latency, card decline rates, checkout abandonment, session expiration) and propose enhancements
- Collaborate with engineering, data, design, risk, finance, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality, timely releases
