Responsabilidades
- prepare and assemble the orders; provide customer service and ensure that the environment and equipment are always clean
- handle customer interactions, generate orders, receive payments, including Drive‑Tudo
- prepare the food items that leave the kitchen: sandwiches, McFritas, drinks and desserts, such as the famous casquinha
- receive training to operate the appropriate equipment and learn how to maintain our high standards of quality, hygiene, cleanliness and safety
- clean and sanitize equipment, floors, chairs, tables and the surrounding restaurant facilities according to the operating manual and guidelines
- participate in training programs, integration and communication through meetings, webinars, participation sessions and technical courses to stay updated on both technical and operational aspects
