Responsabilidades
- Responsible for purchasing processes of medium/high complexity materials and services, from order issuance to receipt, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Analyze and control costs, seeking opportunities for reduction, efficiency and better commercial and payment terms.
- Manage supplier strategy, negotiating prices, payment terms and delivery.
- Develop and approve new suppliers, expanding the partner portfolio and ensuring meeting demands.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement and innovation projects in Supply processes, in partnership with other areas.
- Guide and develop junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices in the Purchasing area.
- Manage purchase portfolios through market analysis, economic indicators and benchmarks, seeking better results for categories.
- Draft, review and manage supply contracts in partnership with the Legal area, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, rules and norms.
