Responsibilities
- Own and exceed revenue targets by winning new major FSI accounts and expanding existing relationships across Japan's banks, insurers, asset managers, and fintech companies
- Build and execute territory plans, identifying high‑value opportunities across megabanks, regional banks, life and non‑life insurers, and diversified financial groups
- Lead consultative sales processes with senior executives — including CIOs, CDOs, Chief Risk Officers, and compliance leaders — positioning AI as a driver for digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and improved customer experience
- Orchestrate internal teams (Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships) to deliver solutions that meet the stringent regulatory, security, and data governance requirements of the FSI sector
