Responsibilities
- Own business travel compliance cases end to end (business visas, PWD, Social Security registration)
- Support employees through relocations and assignments, initiating cases with providers and keeping the move on track
- Own the experience of every entity transfer, executing the process end to end and coordinating with stakeholders
- Serve as the first line for global mobility questions, answering most inquiries and escalating novel issues
- Hold providers accountable to their commitments and manage their processes
- Pick up project work as programs grow, identifying policy gaps and new provider implementations
