We are looking for a senior HR Business Partner based in the San Francisco Bay Area to support our People organization, including Recruiting and Communications. The role will be a critical member of the HRBP team, working on key HR projects across Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and other functions while providing coaching and strategic support to senior leaders and managers across People & Comms.

Salary

USD 310,000 - 380,000

Skills

  • Experience operating at a fast-growing tech company in HR
  • Fluency with employment law and best practices in North America
  • Experience working at a tech company, start-up, or similarly fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of the unique needs and challenges of supporting G&A functions in a high-growth environment
  • 8+ years experience working as a HRBP, People Operations, Employee Relations, Recruiting, or other closely related functions
  • Specific experience partnering with People and Comms teams in high growth tech environments
  • Experience supporting functions that operate in highly regulated or compliance-focused environments
  • Strong working knowledge of human-resource-related best practices
  • Pragmatic problem‑solving and ability to develop creative solutions
  • Thrive in building and scaling processes and setting up new systems at a quickly growing company
  • Care about ensuring advanced AI systems are developed safely

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders across People and Communications teams, including senior executives
  • Provide support to employees and managers on all human resource‑related topics throughout their lifecycle
  • Work closely with management to create a culture of high performance based on company values and team culture
  • Act as a partner and liaison with specialist teams, leadership, and finance to implement scalable programs and policies
  • Work on cross‑functional projects with other HRBPs and partners in specialist teams
  • Partner closely with G&A leadership to support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives
