- 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer
- deep knowledge in B2B and B2C Commerce
- experience in pre-selling or selling enterprise SaaS solutions (preferably in the commerce landscape) and technical knowledge for platform and integration models via API

Responsibilities
- Support technical discovery, solution design, and client alignment throughout the pre-sales journey
- Demonstrate VTEX platform and its capabilities
- Respond to RFPs
- Develop technical documentation
- Build proof of concepts (PoCs)
- Lead technical conversations through to contract signature
- Facilitate a thorough handover of project context and documentation to the Customer Experience (CX) team after deal closure
- Engage directly with senior IT and business stakeholders, guiding them through complex digital transformation discussions
- Craft tailored, technically feasible solutions addressing strategic goals and operational challenges
