Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Onsite Ads product, acting as the guardian of its long‑term vision and ensuring alignment with VTEX’s revenue and growth strategy
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the next 6–12 months, while shaping a clear and scalable 2026 vision for Retail Media at VTEX
- Translate complex customer and business needs into clear product priorities, ensuring visibility and alignment across Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth teams
- Work closely with advertisers, retailers, and internal stakeholders to balance performance, campaign needs, and platform evolution
- Partner with Engineering to deliver high‑impact solutions, leveraging your technical background and understanding of ads and media systems
- Collaborate with Customer Success to improve how clients engage with the Ads product, clarifying ownership, flows, and expectations around product‑related topics
- Evaluate and incorporate the impact of AI and LLMs on ads performance, campaign optimization, and media buying workflows
- Support internal team evolution, including collaboration with future PM roles
