- Minimum 10 years of experience inside the security industry — partnerships, BD, alliances, product partnerships, or comparable.
- Deep ecosystem familiarity across SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, identity, cloud/workload security, GRC, or AI-native security startups.
- Track record landing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships — integration deals, ecosystem programs, or major vendor partnerships in security specifically.
- Entrepreneurial operating style.
- Technical fluency in security workflows and AI/ML — enough to engage credibly with CISOs, security architects, and product leaders.
- Fluency in the regulatory and compliance environment that shapes enterprise security buying (SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, sectoral regs).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — comfort working with technical research and product teams and translating across business, engineering, and policy.
- Experience building or operating an ecosystem program or developer/community function in security.
- Existing network across SIEM, EDR, identity, cloud security, and the AI-native security startup cohort.
Responsibilities
