- Several years of experience in technical program management with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs
- Experience with platform engineering efforts (shared services, developer platforms, or common capabilities consumed by multiple product teams)

Responsibilities
- Own the cross-Apps platform roadmap end to end: sequencing, dependencies, and tradeoffs across platform teams and the apps teams that depend on them
- Drive alignment between platform engineering and apps teams so platform investments map to real consumer needs and adoption actually happens
- Identify duplication across surfaces and convert it into shared platform capabilities
- Establish the operating rhythm: planning, status, escalation paths, and launch coordination across orgs
- Create program documentation including roadmaps, status reports, risk assessments, and communication plans
- Facilitate technical decision-making by bringing together stakeholders, driving consensus, and ensuring timely resolution of blocking issues
