  • Several years of experience in technical program management with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs
  • Experience with platform engineering efforts (shared services, developer platforms, or common capabilities consumed by multiple product teams)
  • Experience driving platform adoption across consuming teams
  • Experience coordinating across multiple engineering teams and organizations simultaneously
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams effectively across distributed teams
  • Ability to thrive in unstructured environments and bring order to chaos
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
  • Passion for Anthropic's mission and interest in bringing AI capabilities to users safely and reliably

Responsibilities

  • Own the cross-Apps platform roadmap end to end: sequencing, dependencies, and tradeoffs across platform teams and the apps teams that depend on them
  • Drive alignment between platform engineering and apps teams so platform investments map to real consumer needs and adoption actually happens
  • Identify duplication across surfaces and convert it into shared platform capabilities
  • Establish the operating rhythm: planning, status, escalation paths, and launch coordination across orgs
  • Create program documentation including roadmaps, status reports, risk assessments, and communication plans
  • Facilitate technical decision-making by bringing together stakeholders, driving consensus, and ensuring timely resolution of blocking issues
