Requirements

Skills

  • 8+ years of technical program management experience, building cross‑functional programs from scratch in ambiguous environments
  • Ability to drive decisions among senior leaders with competing priorities and clearly articulate readiness
  • Experience driving adoption of platform or horizontal capabilities across product teams that do not share a reporting line
  • Understanding of enterprise readiness requirements for regulated industries, including security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP; identity and access controls (SSO, SCIM, RBAC); data governance (retention, residency, customer‑managed keys); audit logging and spend controls
  • Direct experience with regulated customers on security reviews, questionnaires, audit findings, and contract redlines
  • Thriving when the operating model is still being defined and shaping it as part of the job
  • Owned a HIPAA program end‑to‑end at a software company, including BAAs and PHI handling
  • Worked with financial services customers on data retention, residency, encryption requirements, and contractual evidence
  • Ran a design partnership or co‑build with a large enterprise customer
  • Experience using Claude or other LLM tooling to automate program tracking and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Run the planning and operating cadence for the foundational‑capability roadmap across surfaces, establishing clear DRIs, sequencing dependencies, and maintaining a single source of truth on coverage and status for product, engineering, and GTM leadership
  • Drive the highest‑priority foundational capability programs end‑to‑end, from scoping and trade‑off decisions through delivery on every surface
  • Shape the readiness bar for new products and features, determining what each surface must have in place before it reaches enterprise customers and flagging in‑flight features that lack controls
  • Work across teams and directly with customers: partner with sales, customer success, solutions, and support on active deals and escalations, join customer security and compliance reviews, and bring enterprise blockages back to product and engineering
  • Translate customer and regulatory requirements into technical programs, collaborating with legal, compliance, and GTM to prioritize high‑impact enterprise asks and map them to roadmaps with dates
