Responsabilidades
- Responsible for execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities of equipment, machines and refrigeration system, operating tools and using specific technical procedures, maintaining restaurant operations
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance of refrigeration system and power panel, monitoring consumption, repairing or replacing parts, ensuring installations meet legal and company standards
- Perform building and civil maintenance, detecting irregularities, requesting quotes from specialized companies, obtaining approvals and authorizing repairs
- Make orders for spare parts and equipment when necessary
