The US Regional Manager, Data Center Capacity Delivery leads and executes a portfolio of data center projects across the United States, ensuring early‑floor‑access and quality milestones are met. This role combines strategic leadership, cross‑functional collaboration with transaction, design engineering, operations, and safety teams, and hands‑on presence on sites to drive performance, build high‑performing delivery teams, and manage relationships with developers, GCs, and third‑party partners.

USD 320,000 - 405,000

Requirements

Skills

  • 10+ years delivering data center or mission‑critical construction
  • Senior leadership experience as owner’s or GC’s leader on a project campus
  • Experience leading a multi‑project portfolio and building delivery teams
  • Knowledge of end‑to‑end development process (entitlements, permitting, design, equipment, construction, commissioning, handover)
  • Executive‑level management of developer, GC, and third‑party relationships
  • Strong presence on site with ability to set pace and culture
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and non‑specialist stakeholders
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ownership of outcomes
  • Hyperscale data center delivery experience on owner, developer, or GC side (preferred)
  • Experience with US and Texas market, contractors, permitting regimes, and contractual norms (preferred)
  • Familiarity with lease, construction, and development contract structures and incentive alignment (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and shape culture, approach, and aggressiveness across the regional portfolio
  • Hire, develop, empower, and lead Senior Delivery Managers and partner teams
  • Own portfolio execution – schedule, quality, and safety outcomes against milestones
  • Drive ownership and influence inside and outside contractual structures, selecting, scoping, contracting, and managing partners
  • Set and enforce delivery standards across projects
  • Identify blockers early and clear them across developer, GC, and trade layers
