Responsabilidades
- Oversee end-to-end brand campaign development in partnership with agencies, ensuring alignment with expectations and objectives, and produce final performance reports.
- Act as a strategic liaison, scrutinizing media plans and ensuring optimization, while coordinating with Paid Media, Inbound, and SEO teams to maintain a complete communication funnel.
- Track brand health research, ensuring accurate questionnaires, analyzing results, and disseminating insights clearly to internal teams.
- Serve as the central communication point between agencies, internal teams (Paid Media, Product Marketing, Experiências, CRM), and research institutes, ensuring clear briefings and brand consistency.
