- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment following quality, hygiene, safety, and operational guidelines
- Clean and sanitize equipment, floors, chairs, tables, and surrounding areas as per operation manual
- Participate in training, integration, communication sessions, webinars, and technical courses to stay updated on technical and operational aspects
