Responsabilidades
- prepare and assemble food orders; handle customer service and ensure the environment and equipment are always clean
- assist customers in placing orders and handling payments, including Drive-Tudo service
- prepare food items such as sandwiches, McFritas, beverages, desserts, and the famous casquinha
- operate equipment and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
- clean and sanitize equipment, floors, chairs, tables, and restaurant surroundings according to guidelines and operation manual
- participate in training programs, integration, communication through meetings, webinars, sessions, and technical courses
