As an Enterprise Account Executive based in Seoul, you will drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI technology across Korea's retail, consumer goods, and consumer commerce organizations. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working with senior leaders to help them optimize operations, personalize customer experiences at scale, and strengthen their competitive position with Anthropic’s AI solutions.

Skills
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in Korea with significant exposure to retail and consumer goods accounts
- Track record of managing complex sales processes and securing strategic deals with large-scale retailers and CPG companies
- Demonstrated ability to navigate retail and CPG stakeholder ecosystems
- Proven experience exceeding revenue targets by effectively managing pipeline across seasonal retail cycles
- Team player who thrives in ambiguous, startup-like environments
- Strategic, analytical approach to identifying opportunities within Korea's retail and CPG sector
- Passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems
- Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Responsibilities
- Own and exceed revenue targets by winning new major retail and CPG accounts and expanding existing relationships across Korea's department store and hypermarket groups, convenience store chains, e-commerce platforms, consumer goods manufacturers, and omnichannel brands
- Build and execute territory plans, identifying high-value opportunities across retail conglomerates, specialty and duty-free retailers, beauty and fashion brands, food and beverage companies, and marketplace platforms
- Lead consultative sales processes with senior executives, positioning AI as a driver for demand forecasting, personalization, inventory optimization, and enhanced customer experience
- Orchestrate internal teams (Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships) to deliver solutions that integrate with existing retail and CPG technology stacks while meeting Korea's data privacy requirements under PIPA
