Requirements

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience building enterprise-level, high-availability systems
  • Node.js and Express.js for RESTful API design
  • MongoDB with skills in aggregation pipelines
  • Solid experience working on integrations
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to align technology with business needs
  • Experience building two-sided B2B platforms
  • Proficiency in asynchronous processing, job queues (e.g., BullMQ), and data syncing across systems
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs and managing complex data
  • Knowledge of distributed caches, message queues, and data storage in containerized applications (memory/time efficiency focus)
  • Working familiarity with React and Next.js — comfortable building or modifying components, handling state, and consuming APIs from the client
  • Comfort with TypeScript, HTML, and CSS sufficient to work productively in a modern front-end codebase
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) for hosting and scaling applications
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
  • Experience as a Tech Lead, guiding teams in architecture and development best practices
  • Deeper Next.js experience (App Router, server components, SSR/ISR patterns)
  • Familiarity with Tailwind, CSS-in-JS, or whatever styling approach the team uses
