- Higher education (undergraduate) in progress or completed.
Responsabilidades
- Plan and execute the restaurant's work plan, positioning attendants in work stations at start of operation;
- Ensure compliance with meat integrity check list;
- Open cash registers, handle cash, perform daily cash closing, reconcile with cash tapes, resolve discrepancies, deposit cash in vaults;
- Ensure restaurant operation regarding customer service, sandwich preparation, cleanliness, equipment use, safety standards;
- Supervise receipt of food, packaging, cleaning supplies, equipment, evaluating quality to maintain predefined standards;
- Ensure all shift staff take breaks within scheduled times;
- Maintain inventory security, conduct physical counts, plan and place orders with suppliers.
