As a Staff Software Engineer, you will serve as a technical anchor and individual contributor, owning the technical strategy and architectural roadmap for complex, large-scale products or platforms critical to the company's long-term vision. You will navigate cross-team technical architecture, manage technical alignment with stakeholders, and handle organizational and product dynamics across multiple structures.
