  • License and seat management: assignment, reclamation, and utilization reporting
  • Experience with renewals or true‑ups and working directly with vendor CSM contacts
  • Pulling audit evidence or executing access reviews (SOC2 or a similar framework)
  • Excellent communicator who enjoys helping people solve problems
  • Ability to write runbooks, how‑to guides, and knowledge base articles
  • Strong organization skills to manage calendar‑driven work and ticket queue
  • Recognition of when platform‑level work should be routed to owning team
  • Ownership mentality and follow‑through on problem resolution
  • Automation mindset: identify and automate repetitive tasks
  • Basic scripting experience (Bash or Python) for automating license or reporting tasks
  • Google Workspace administration experience, especially with Google Groups
  • Experience with a SaaS management or license management platform
  • Experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity

Responsibilities

  • Perform SaaS administration actions such as role grants, settings changes, and user troubleshooting across apps like Gong, 1Password, MongoDB, and Vanta
  • Own intake and execution of tickets escalated from the support queue into the SaaS lane and write runbooks
  • Identify repetitive work and automate it via scripts, app‑native workflows, or AI tools
  • Build automations in partnership with IT Engineering when platform‑level access is needed
  • Monitor application health, usage, and performance at the app level and route issues to IT Engineering
  • Coordinate vendor‑driven app updates and feature rollouts, track release notes, schedule changes, and communicate impacts
  • Assign and reclaim licenses across the catalog and produce seat utilization reporting
  • Own renewal calendar, prepare true‑ups, and act as day‑to‑day contact for vendor CSMs
  • Pull SOC2 evidence, support access‑review execution, and package audit responses
  • Administer Google Calendar resources (rooms, equipment) and Google Groups (membership, access, troubleshooting)
  • Support Slack app installs, workspace compartmentalization, and audit/rotate Slack app credentials
