PROCESS AND PROJECT ANALYST II en Inter

The role is to conduct structured analyses of operational flows and complex customer journeys, identify friction points and root causes from data, and propose prioritized solutions that deliver continuous value to customers and the business. It involves planning and facilitating diagnostic workshops, ideation and co‑creation using Kaizen and Design Thinking methodologies, fostering cross‑functional engagement and actionable insights. The analyst leads large‑scale strategic initiatives such as implementing new technologies or structuring new areas, defining processes, metrics and sustainability plans with a focus on scalability and alignment to organizational goals. They apply programming and generative AI to accelerate analyses, integrate data from multiple sources, and develop automated, predictive solutions to drive innovation and operational efficiency. The role also serves as a strong bridge between technical and business teams, promoting strategic alignment, leadership engagement, and collaborative decision‑making, while translating data into executive narratives, dashboards and strategic presentations.
