Product Designer
We’re looking for a passionate and creative Product Designer to join our dynamic team at Nagarro. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape world-class digital products and experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to design impactful, user-centric products.
- Participate in ideation sessions, UI/UX workshops, and brainstorming activities.
- Translate ideas into design concepts using sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Apply UX methodologies to validate ideas through testing and user feedback.
- Support research efforts through both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Present and communicate design decisions clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to align on design strategies and execution.
- Contribute to and help implement a scalable design process within the team.
- Take part in design reviews, offer constructive feedback, and support a growing design culture at Nagarro.
Qualifications: Must-Have Skills:
- Experience in Product Design, including UI and UX workshops.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and the product development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Ability to independently manage tasks in a remote work environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative mindset.
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
- Prior experience working in agile product teams.
- Exposure to research methodologies and usability testing.
