As a Product Manager for Business Technology, you will own internal products that shape how Anthropic works with Claude. You will embed with internal customer teams such as Legal, IT, GTM, Product, Finance, and Security to understand how they work, find where Claude can remove friction, and ship software and automation that changes their outcomes. The role requires strong product judgment, comfort with technical systems, and the ability to turn messy internal needs into clear priorities. You will work closely with engineering, IT, IT Engineering, Security, and the teams you serve, owning outcomes rather than features, and focusing on adoption and measurable business impact.

Skills

  • Deep product management experience, including ownership of products used by internal teams
  • Shipped products that measurably changed how a team or function works
  • Partnered with engineering, IT, and security teams on technical products
  • Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking, able to explain tradeoffs to executives and requirements to engineers
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and setting priorities across competing requests
  • Built with LLMs or agent tooling (nice to have)
  • Worked on IT, internal tools, or business systems products (nice to have)
  • Led change management or rolled out new tools across an organization (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of security and data-handling practices for internal systems (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for Claude-powered internal products and automation across customer functions
  • Run intake and prioritization for highest-impact problems
  • Write clear problem statements and requirements for engineers
  • Ship iteratively, gather feedback, and improve after launch
  • Co-develop adoption roadmaps with internal teams and enforce them
  • Define success metrics and report adoption and business impact regularly
  • Plan rollout, training, and support for change management
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders and translate needs into product priorities
  • Partner with IT, IT Engineering, and Security on access, data handling, and governance
  • Coordinate with Legal and Finance on product requirements
  • Communicate plans, progress, and tradeoffs clearly to teams and leaders
  • Understand Claude, internal systems, and integrations to make scoping and sequencing calls
  • Partner with engineering on architecture choices for maintainability and security
  • Stay current on Claude capabilities and bring new ones to internal teams
