- 10+ years of full‑lifecycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for communications, PR or adjacent roles
- Network across media, agency, and in‑house communications talent
- Experience supporting executive hiring
- Experience using AI tools in recruiting
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Responsibilities
- Have a passion for AI's potential to positively impact the world, and a realistic view of its risks and limitations
- Have recruited for communications, PR or adjacent roles, and understand what great looks like in that craft
- Know how to find and engage candidates who are passive through a variety of creative channels
- Build trust with senior leaders, and have the confidence to push back with data
- Write clearly and pay close attention to detail, because candidates and comms leaders will notice both
- Run a tight, high‑touch process that respects candidates' time and helps hiring managers decide quickly
- Turn hiring data into clear recommendations, not just status updates
- Thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle executive and confidential searches with discretion
