Your impact We are seeking a skilled Software Test Engineer to join our development teams and ensure quality delivery across our software applications. This role requires expertise in both traditional and Agile testing methodologies, with a focus on working within cross functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
Your Experience And Qualifications
- Intermediate seniority level of software testing experience with exposure to both traditional and Agile methodologies
- Experience working in Scrum or other Agile frameworks
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and test case design
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and API testing
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, iterative development cycles
- Fluency in English (written and verbal communication)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks
- Knowledge of performance testing and security testing
- ISTQB certifications or other testing credentials
Team Collaboration & Communication
- Work as an integral member of cross-functional Agile teams alongside developers and product owners
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define testable acceptance criteria and user stories
- Communicate testing progress and quality metrics to team members and stakeholder
