- At least 10 years of experience in purchasing roles within the agrobussines sector, ideally in the fruit and vegetable area

- Strong strategic negotiation skills
- Deep knowledge of the national and international food markets

Responsibilities
- Define purchasing and supply policies aligned with the business area’s strategy and commercial objectives
- Build sustainable, trust-based relationships with national and international producers and distributors, strengthening strategic partnerships
- Lead the search for new suppliers and innovative products, negotiating the best commercial terms and monitoring acquisition costs
- Work closely with the Logistics and Quality teams to ensure product availability, effective management, and efficiency throughout the supply chain, anticipating supply risks
- Ensure supplier selection in line with legal requirements and Quality and Food Safety standards, managing the approval of strategic partners
- Anticipate purchasing opportunities and track global trends — from production to consumption — to optimize Supreme Fruits’ sourcing strategy
