Responsibilities
- Learn about Platform Engineering and Developer Experience and leverage that knowledge to build great product
- Interact with customers to identify their needs through interviews, feedback, data analysis, research, and sales/CS calls; translate needs into business cases, features, product requirements, and roadmaps
- Manage multiple parallel projects and iterations alongside design and engineering, ensuring delivery of feature releases that drive core business
- Work with engineering and design teams to make tradeoffs between scope and user experience
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to launch new features to customers and increase value
