Responsabilidades

  • Contribute to the construction and strengthening of the institutional image and reputation through external communication actions
  • Develop and implement external communication strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, ensuring analytical insight and data-driven decision making
  • Maintain constant interface with business units
  • Create releases, topic suggestions and institutional notes for higher education institutions
  • Analyze brand and competitor clipping, critically reviewing the scenario and opportunities
  • Plan, build and execute Brand PR actions
  • Produce analytical reports with indicators, results and strategic insights
  • Manage relationships with regional and national press
  • Plan and execute influencer engagement actions
