Requisitos

Educação

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields
  • Postgraduate degree in IT or related fields

Habilidades

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure
  • Advanced knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Managing Windows and Linux servers in Azure and AWS
  • Operating infrastructure as code with Terraform
  • Diagnosing and resolving cloud failures and monitoring performance and costs
  • Capacity planning and resource sizing
  • Integrating systems with cloud-native environments
  • Supporting development teams in CI/CD and DevOps processes
  • Maintaining compliance with security standards
  • Maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Jenkins
  • Participating in global technical committees
  • Using ServiceNow for service, incident, and change management
  • Managing outsourced teams to ensure quality and SLA compliance

Responsabilidades

  • Develop performance indicators related to the cloud landscape of Neoenergia Group
  • Interact with suppliers to ensure services meet company requirements and financial planning
  • Coordinate with the Global IT team
  • Prepare reports and presentations for executive communication
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure high-level deployment and operation
  • Stay updated with new technologies and recommend innovations for the multi-cloud infrastructure
  • Research, analyze and implement new solutions to improve service quality
  • Prepare technical and executive presentations
  • Engage with internal leaders and teams
